We provide residential apartment and house cleaning services within Hyderabad city limits. Certain specialized tasks (for example, exterior window cleaning beyond reachable height, pest control) are excluded unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Appointments are confirmed by phone or email. You agree to provide timely access to the premises and to secure valuables. If a booking is cancelled less than 12 hours before the slot, a nominal late-cancellation fee may apply.
Quoted prices depend on property size and condition. GST is applicable. Payment modes include UPI, bank transfer, and cash on completion.
If any area is missed, notify us within 24 hours and we will arrange a complimentary touch-up for the specific area.
Our teams are insured. Liability is limited to the value of the specific service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or defects in fixtures/fittings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
